2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
All preliminary methodologies, proprietary diagnostic workflows (including StrideBot AI), and baseline software remain the property of MyTechStride. Upon full payment of agreed fees, client-specific code implementations, customized configurations, and final deliverables are assigned to the client.
3. Client Responsibilities & Server Access
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary server environments, DNS configurations, and repositories required to execute technical interventions. Clients are responsible for maintaining independent, verified backups of their digital assets prior to the commencement of any technical migration or deployment.
4. Limitation of Liability
While MyTechStride implements elite engineering standards and industry best practices, we shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, upstream API downtime, or client-side code modifications executed without our supervision.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable technical arbitration or competent commercial courts.
